My Samsung washing machine is not functioning from **.*.** I filled complaint to them on *.**.** around. The mechanic came n said the motors needs to b changed. I requested them to do it at earliest n till date it has not been done. I kept on calling them daily to their customer care and service center in Patna but every time they hv gvn me improper information and always tell a new thing about the problem. All of them are liars. I strongly feel being cheated,befooled and harrassed by them. My BP has risen due to it.i m suffering from last ** days by the company and its trap.
