HOUSE OF MALTS INDORE - GST FRAUD

Dear,
I am a regular tax payer of our Country. On **th November I have visited a place in Indore named House of Malts (restobar) By Horn Ok Please, *th floor, PS * Hotel, Near Bombay Hospital, Indore. They charged me a CGST of Rs. **.** and SGST of Rs. **.**. Later I came to know that GST number of hotel is cancelled on *th November, ****. But they charged me this amount on my bill and service charge is also included in bill but On service charge amount GSt is not collected. This is against the law.
In these way there lot of loss in revenue to government and they generated black money by not paying gst collected from customer to government.
GST Number of hotel is **BGPPS****Q*ZP.

If no action is taken against them then I found myself cheated in this country
