In the month of September ****, through SIP (****+****+****) under * mutual fund (ICICI , DSP, Nippon) money successfully debited from my bank account but got rejected at their end .Since September am following up with Groww support Team and every time they are come up with same set of reply " I am really sorry for the inconvenience caused, I can understand you are doing a regular follow-ups to get the amount back
According to the recent update there is a delay from the exchange end to process the refund. We have taken it up with our team and we are working on this. We will ensure that the refund will get processed very soon.
Your patience is appreciated".
Am not getting any proper justification any ETA when i will get back my refund amount.
