Pragathi Technologies - Grievance Cheating

I was joined class on Mar-**-**** for Computer course(Windows,VM ware,AWS) in Pragathi Technologies. Total amount of Course Rs.**,***.
I have paid **,*** and attend * class after that due to covid-** it was stopped and i came my Native.(Coimbatore,Tamilnadu) after * months later i called him Mr.Mahesh he is Coordinator he said he will arrange for Online class but almost * month completed Now he is not responding ,I asked to refunding my amount he is not pick my call.
I have to submit Certification to my management for my job role.
