Sarabjit Singh Chadha filed complaint against OPPO on Jul 24, 2023
After the recent security patch update on my Oppo Find X*, I have got this green line issue on my screen.. I was asked by the customer support to reach out to the service centre and ask them to make a job sheet, post which they would be able to help further as Oppo currently is replacing screen for free only for Oppo Reno * phones as they are aware of the green line issue post software update, however they don't have any policy for find x*.
After visiting the service centre, they make a job card and very conveniently mention "dent and scratches" in their observation. Now the customer support team, post my visit to the service centre have been giving me below reasons for rejecting my case for screen replacement:
*) Phone is out of warranty
*) Currently we are replacing screen for fre only for Reno * models
*) there are scratches and dents on your phone and hence your case has been rejected
