Brandsmart - Got the product of another brand and not the total no of products

I had seen a jbl speaker with a wireless earphone combo on Facebook at a site named brandsmart. I ordered the product on Sunday ** June **** and got the product on **/**/**. I had seen the return policy on that page and it showed that I can return the product in * days. Today I got the product and opened it. It was not a jbl but a speaker from a brand called inext. The product looks so cheap also. I don't get the wireless earphones in the packet also. I go to their site so that I can return my product and get my money back. But that site doesn't show me any return option and not give me any contact details. I mailed that again I don't get any response from them. I attached the photos so that you can see that on the bill it is written that there are two products but I got a single product. The product is not of the brand that is shown on their website.
