I received a pack of * cotton shirts from fashiondial.in on *th of July ****. Shirts delivered were of the wrong size and of inferior quality. I sent an email to the company but they didn't respond. After that, I sent several emails to them but they didn't receive any. I felt helpless to communicate them as they didn't provide any contact number. Also, they didn't provide the address to return the product.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
