I have wanted to get my friends some stuff from their Instagram store. So, I placed an order for * items and was asked to pay immediately because the store had so many orders. And I obliged. I paid ****Rs to them on **/**/****. I have been regularly dropping them messages and before they replied saying they have a lot of orders and I was pretty understanding about it. But lately, they haven't responded for days and they respond with "we are working on it" or "We will deliver it tomorrow". I am frustrated to the point that I have told them multiple times that I will file a complaint against them under INGRAM but there has been no response. If they do not want to work towards my order, I expect them to pay me back. This is simple torture. Waiting for their reply has been now added to my routine. It is just sad to meet a deaf ear.
