DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE PACKERS AND MOVERS - GOODS NOT DELIVERED FROM 5 MONTHS

DEAR SIR,

I Mr.Majhi Sravan Kumar authorised my friend Mr.Yuvaraj MS to transfer my Goods on my behalf from Chennai through DHL Express Worldwide Packers and Movers dealer name Mr.Kapil Kirodiwal of Chennai.

Based on the invoice value of RS.**,***, Mr.Kapil requested me to pay advance of Ra.**,*** for packing and moving my goods from Chennai to Rayagada,Odisha. As per his request I made advance payment of Rs.**,*** and he asked balance of RS.**** after delivery at odisha. But it has been more than * months , I have not received my goods at delivery location at Rayagada,Odisha. Therefore when I called to Mr.kapil he is just telling my goods are safe and told several reasons thereafter when I was worried & asked to deliver my goods without any reasons, then he stopped responding to my calls and messages. After several followups, he blocked my mobile number for non delivery of my goods. I request you respected sir to take necessary action on that person to ensure my goods will be delivered safely at my delivery location - Rayagada,Odisha.

Sir I Have also Lodged Complaint to National Consumer Affairs through NCH App grievance docket number *******, even National Consumer Affairs official agents are sending my grievance details to DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE PACKERS AND MOVER'S at Chennai to mail id dhlexpressworldwidechennai@gmail.com, but no response we are receiving from the company. I am fearing to complaint in police station.

Even I informed through my mail to ors-sforum@nic.in on dated Jan *th **** but no reply till today received from state consumer forum,odisha

Even I applied for grievance in e-abhijoga online portal of odisha to General Administration & Public Grievance department on **-**-****, till today it indicates under process.
