Facebook Market - Goods not delivered and Refund not processed

Paid for storage bags **ltrs x * pcs as advertised by seller Akshita Chachlani on **th May'****, was told I would get shipping details but till **st May'** no shipping details received. After follow up with seller who was very rude and abusive on phone, I was informed the order is cancelled and I would be refunded. Till date no refund has been received.
