Hitech Safe Packers And Movers Pvt Ltd - Good Damaged by Packers and Movers

On **th July ****-My house hold good (refrigerator) was packed and transported by truck from Hyderabad to Guntur. i paid up ****/- with including insurance.
*) Though I paid up for the insurance, they didn't pay this to insurance company.
*) Finally it came after severe follow-ups and Goods arrived * days later, that too they were dumped goods around **.**PM.
*)When we unpacked the refrigerator we have seen dents and scratches all around. and refrigerator is not working as well.
*)Now these Hi-tech Safe Packers And Movers Pvt Ltd not answering my call as well.
*)VERY POOR PACKING DONE- Used some shrink-wrap plastic & cheap cardboard and promised * layer packing later in godown which never happened

Extremely bad packer.
Initially they will quote you a small amount which will be very low compared to other packers and movers, once the goods are with them they will send you a High amount of bill stating this is correct price.at this point of time we cannot do any thing.
