Subject: Complaint Regarding Unlawful Retention of Gold by Manappuram Finance

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Manappuram Finance, Vegara, regarding the unlawful retention of my gold pledged for a loan.

I took a gold loan amounting to ₹***,*** (Loan Account No. ****************) with a pledge of **.* grams of gold. Recently, I was informed that I would not be able to retrieve my gold due to an unrelated cyber case involving an amount of ₹**,***.
