I have booked * flights Lucknow to Bangalore on * th May and Bangalore to Lucknow for **th May. Both the flights are cancelled by airline. And they send a mail that full refund is processed. I booked my tickets from easemytrip and when I contacted them they are saying they have not recieved any amount from the airline. And till today I have not received my money back. Also I got to know that airline has not returned anyone's money. They are holding money of thousands of passengers. So I request to take serious action against this and force them to refund all the money for all customers.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
