My Flower Tree - Gift not delivered and amount not refunded

I ordered Birthday Gifts which is delivered same day and I made payment as per their requirements and make additional payment for delivery through Debit card. I waited for two day's and it won't get the gift which includes Birthday cake and other gifts. Yesterday they cancelled the order and they informed me that they will repay the amount to the mode of payment that I had made the payment. Today I got a message that the amount credited to the company wallet and they can't able to refund the amount. And when I contact with the authority they were not ready to respond my quries .
