Kimi Shrivastava filed complaint against Myflowerapp on May 8, 2022
I placed an order of birthday cake and flowers worth INR **** on May *th ****. They charged extra amount of Rs. ***/- just for fixed time delivery to be done on May *th, **** in between * to * pm.
However, on tracking the order, there had been no update regarding the same. The person to whom I sent the cake and flowers, didn't receive any call from them, nor was there any delivery done. There is no contact number on company's website. Only an email address info@myflowerapp.com to send mail to, to which no one replies back. Please take strict action against this website and if possible help me get my money back.
