- Getting recovery call against fraud transaction and my credit score being affecting Closed

there was a fraud transaction done in my mobikwick wallet of Rs.**** without my concern and i had complaint about that immediately. the company has acknowledge the same and assure me to resolve the issue at earliest. But from February **** company is giving assurance but nothing has been done yet .
further due to that my credit score is being affected.
