Tata Motors - Gear Locking issues with newly purchased TATA Nexon xz Diesel

Dear Sir,
I am Gokul Vasant Mahajan from Nashik. I have purchased TATA Nexon (XZ+, Diesel) MH ** HG **** in January ****. After purchasing I have faced many issues in my vehicle.
*) Firstly the dikky of my vehicle was automatically opened during the running.
*) Secondly the car was not starting suddenly. finally it has been towed to the service station and got repaired.
*) Thirdly after servicing recently I have faced the gear locking issues. one day the car stopped suddenly on the highway due to locking the gear. Again it was towed to the service station. Their reply was due to deterioration of some parts of the gearbox, (Bearing etc.) there is locking of gears. Now they have given the estimation of Rs *****/-.
My complaint is how the deterioration of parts occurred during such a small duration after purchase of the vehicle. I am requesting you to please look into this matter on top priority and give me satisfactory solutions or change my vehicle with a new one.
Here I am sending you the corresponding documents/pictures like bill copies, service history details, service station reply, vehicle condition etc.
