Zera furniture - Furniture damage under warranty

Respected sir,
I am Sasidharan pillai, my coat and mattress few months before my grand child * years old baby boy jump the coat and it is broken.but the company told it qas very strong and ** years warranty. But so many time i contact, but no use. Please help me and do need full. Thank you
