Flipkart travel - FULL REFUND

This is akash kavlas with the PNR NO: **JR** a round trip from Frankfurt to Hyderabad on *th October **** and from Hyderabad to Frankfurt on **th November,****. Due to medical emergency I have cancelled my return flight which is scheduled on **th November, **** and I have take medical waiver from airlines and they have given me the approval for full refund and told to consult with the travel agent. And it was more than ** days from now my dint received the full refund of my cancelled flight.

Whenever I had a word with Flipkart, it was mentioned to wait for ** to ** hours, but till now it was more than ** days from now, and yet I didn't receive any reply from your end.

The other major issue with you is that till now I have spoken to many of your executives and their superiors too, but frankly speaking each and everyone till now I spoke were liars.

**. They only fake to customers regarding the timings and resolution.
**. Second thing they disconnect the call without my permission.
**. No one is ready to take responsibility and solve the issue they simply transfer the issue to a further team.

I was very disappointed with the service and the way of treatment given to me till now. I want to take strict legal actions on this issue for my full refund. Really I can say Flipkart is the worst online platform that does not care about customer needs and requirements. Flipkart only knows how to fool the customers in a very nice way.

EVEN AFTER GETTING THE FULL APPROVAL FROM THE AIRLINES, YOU PEOPLE WERE LYING TO ME ALL THE TIME BY SAYING THAT YOU ARE AWAITING APPROVAL FROM THE AIRLINES.
DOES FLIPKART TRAVEL REALLY CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER NEEDS AND SATISFACTION?
