I need a Total Information what you investigate .
This is regarding a fraudulent transaction which has been done on the my card on March **rd, ****.
******** complaint number
A case has been raised on this but was closed stating that the transactions are OTP enablement.
These are the evidences which I would like to put before you that I have not done those transactions.
*. First of all, I got a call from your executive on May **th early morning between *:** to *:** [ am ] asking "Sir, have you done this transaction".
I answered "No". Even stating No, the transaction has been done and amount has been deducted. I have not got the transaction messages or email after that. When I have seen my account in the morning. I found out those fraudulent transactions.
*. You people are saying that this is a OTP enablement transaction.. But i can clearly say that I didn't get the otps on mobile or email on that day....
*. And I have raised a complaint against this fraudulent transactions immediately after viewing my account.
So i would like to know how this transaction has been done by me.
I haven't shared my email id with anyone....
