Madhya Pradesh Poorv Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran Company Ltd - Frequent power cut

My location of Tilhari is facing frequent, excessive and extensive power cut like ** -** times a day or more ranging from * seconds to an hour time, causing damage to the electrical home appliances. All the ceiling fans in my house are not working anymore, Microwave is faulty now, Washing machine already been repaired twice, also for automatic machines due to starting again and again from beginning if once power been cut, have to bear excess electricity cost. Electric bulbs been changed numerous times.
Complaints are piling up since a year now but all unheard or no action been taken or getting closed without my (customer) knowledge without any resolution.
Presently complaint re-registered this time through MP CM Helpline regards to Complaint no. ******** since ** days as on today ** August **** its unheard as no resolution has been provided.
