hath way broadband - Frequent disconnections atrocious service delivery no customer service representatives or department

*st constant harassment with ** to ** calls per day to restore an account i had cancelled. My *nd account is active and i unfortunately have to use hathway since jio/airtel are not able to provide services in my complex. The *nd and active account has frequent disconnects time outs and long hours of service issues. In the middle of bombay!! Their helpline number is useless as there is no person you can speak with just an ivr that wastes your time. They open tickets automatically and close them by themselves no actual resolution is provided and issues persist. They need to be accountable to the extent of providing a functioning human customer service representative AND in depth understanding of complaints with tech support engineers assigned to handle them not some silly system that opens a ticket and auto closes it within ** hours without any actual resolution. Its appalling they are allowed to function this way as a service provider.
