My Case Detail:
My name is Mangal Singh and I am using "Net plus Broadband".
From last two month (Aug,**** & Sep,****), multiple times my Internet broadband disconnected.
The important things is this kind of issue repeating in every week and most of time whenever network got disconnected then it's fix in next day.
Multiple times I have complaint to Network Broadband customer care, discussed the concerned with customer TL and area supervisor as well.
But at the end issue not resolved and it's continuously occur in approx every week sometime two times in a week.
Now Today (**-Sep-****) I have received a mail on my register mail ID (mglsaini@gmail.com) that my account has been suspend whereas I already paid the payment of last month on time and without any reason how my broadband account suspend.
As you know in covid situation most of IT department/offices are working from and same my case. I am doing my office work from home and due to multiple times my whole office work get disturbed, allover it's really harassment to me for followup multiple times for my broadband network problem.
So my humble request to your department please provide your support on my case and take strict action against for the service provider.
