This is with regards to frequent change in mentors of my daughter, leading to huge discontinuity and lack of rhythm in the studies.
My daughter was assigned MR VIVEK TOMAR as a mentor since we purchased BYJUS study material from MR ARIDHAM BANERJEE, who was our counsellor.
The counsellor had duly ensured that all your doubts (academic and non academic) will be taken care of by the mentors during ** am to * pm and in rest of the time, you are supposed to contact the student portal.
Things were fine till date and were going as assured by the counsellor.
One fine day, the mentor was changed (and four of them have been changed in last ** days: namely saif, one more, somesh and now misba). NO COMMUNICATION (no mail/phone/sms) WAS MADE WHEN MENTOR WAS CHANGED.
All of them are flatly refusing to solve any of our doubts (which were previously solved telephonically by mr vivek tomar) and are now directing us either student portal or to ask a doubt or arranging a session with expert. To that extent, that they are simply not ready to listen to the doubt only and asking us to visit student portal. Some mentors are so novice, that they cannot even spell “ BYJUS” correctly…(not exaggerating, one of them spelled it as BIJUS).
In such a scenario, and because of frequent change in mentors, there is total loss of rhythm in studies and purpose of purchasing BYJUS gets nullified. Also, with change in mentors, policy of dealing with astudents and their issues also changes.
I, hereby, request you to reinstall MR VIVEK TOMAR, as my mentor, who was taking care of daughter studies very nicely.
I am sorry to say, but the counsellor is now trying to sell another product to me, if I want a better mentor like MR VIVEK TOMAR.
Repeated request to take care of the same issue on mentor helpline and support helpline is to deaf ears.
I have also raised the issue with counsellor, but he has now expressed his inability to sort out the same.
Request you to sort out the issue at the earliest.
