- Freight amount taken but no service provided Open
We requested cargo pickup from Safexpress and it was picked up from our address in Sec-**, Faridabad by a Safexpress employee on **th April ****, and the cargo was booked on **th April ****. We paid the freight in full at the time of pickup as requested by the Safexpress employee/representative who came for pickup. After the booking, they did not dispatch the cargo and kept it in their warehouse until **th April ****.
Then we decided to take back our cargo due to their poor service. We took our material back from their Bhagola warehouse on **th April. Now Safexpress is not refunding our freight payment despite several reminders. Please help us get our money back as no service was provided by Safexpress.
