La Pinos Pizza - Fraudulently charged delivery charges

I ordered a paneer butter masala personal gaint slice pizza (**.* cm) online from la Pino's website in which it was shown that I won't be charged any delivery charges. But when the delivery guy approached me with the order., The total bill was of *** INR instead of *** INR. When I enquired with the manager regarding the same he told me that it's the Chandigarh unit which handles all these stuffs and he can't help me in this. Instead he told me to lodge a complaint. La Pino's having a brand value is not supposed to be this much careless or you can say fraudulent. Being such a good brand it should always consider the customer satisfaction on the top not to harras them. I want my total refund otherwise I'm going to file a complaint in the cosumer forum.
