Mobikwik - fraudulent transactions made via mobikwik zip wallet

Fraudulent transactions of ** K were made from my Mobikwik ZIP Wallet between ** to **:** AM on **th of November. I reported them as fraudulent with Mobikwik the same day as soon as I noticed these emails, and once I received a WhatsApp message of the bill of Rs **K.
I called their Customer Care number to confirm my action and they asked me to send an email to their fraud relevant mailer with evidence and I did the same along with the IP address mentioned from which the transaction was made. They only responded with a ticket number. For a period of ** days they did not respond to my calls to customer care or emails I had put to know the status. The only thing that was consistent was the intimation of bill payment and over that they had put on a penalty charge of late payment as well. Once they responded they only said that I have to take up this with Cyber cell as an OTP was generated on my number for the login and hence I have consumed their service rest they will share with Police only. I raised a complaint with Cyber cell as well and was waiting for their response and in the mean time Mobikwik made their recovery team hooligans to do calls and messages with charges mentioned for harassment. Not even for a single time they had called me to discuss the problem no matter how many times I called their customer care but they managed to share a message with me stating that I am not talking to them on this hence they are going to press charges, how convenient of them is it. It clearly appears that they don't want to catch the real culprit and just want to harass me and force me to pay the amount. Firstly, the calls were coming from their customer care to ask the OTP during the day of fraud login which I ignored as we do not share the OTPs anymore, then the fraud was done, then they applied the penalty and lastly their unwilling nature to share the details of the culprit after their investigation proves that they purposely do not want to catch the culprit. Please help.
