Google - Fraudulent of from ZEST MONEY THIRD PARTY APP ALLOWING FRAUD AD BY GOOGLE

I was supposed to call Zest money third party app fir refund of my double debited EMI in last month.. For this I googled for zest money customer care support there on google I found a toll free number ************ he asked for my registered number and told me tell the code to resolve my issue after seeing details of my transactions... As soon as I told code I lost my ***** rupees from my ZEST MONEY third party app who already given me credit.. And now EMI got created even I didn't used a single penny... Because of this google advertising and allowing this fraudulent to display on website of google I lost my money.. Please take concerns seriously and resolve my issue.
