- FRAUDULENT COMPANY WRONG AND CHEAP items received in the order ^Open

I placed an order with Brand Maart on their website - https://brandmaart.com on the *rd Aug, ****. The order was for first copy handbags which was worth ₹**,***.*. I needed them for personal use and research.
I made the payment via my banks UPI and Via Razorpay

Upon order, I swiftly received a confirmation with my order number on WhatsApp and all the details of my order and a shipping confirmation, which lead me to a page by Shiprocket, telling me the order number, AWB number etc. all looking very legitimate. I was told on this page that my order will be shipped on the **th Aug, **** via Delhivery couriers.
I was tracking my package at regular times, and it all seemed okay, in fact the package was supposed to reach a couple of days early.
However, eventually it ended up coming to me only on the **th Aug,**** at around **:**PM as “Promised”.

The Bill pasted on the package was correct, enlisting the items I had ordered. This bill was presumably made by Shiprocket since that’s what it read. After having received it, I opened it around an hour after only to find it FULL OF CHEAP, UNBRANDED, ROADSIDE HANDBAGS WHICH HAVE NO RESEMBLANCE OR CONNECTION WHATSOEVER TO THE ORDER I PLACED. The weight mentioned on the package bill (mentioned above) was **kg which was TOTALLY WRONG, as one could tell by picking it up! This also left me wondering what the hell the Delhivery people were doing?

I was immediately taken aback and I wrote to Brand Maart on their WhatsApp number (the only contact enlisted on their website and the one they used, to communicate my deliver info and order confirmation) about this with photos attached, and constantly requesting a call back, to no avail. They’ve got an automatic generated AI which replies to the customers on this number.
I also wrote them a mail on their email ID, which they used to email me the confirmation of their delivery, with the photos. I am yet to receive any response of any kind from them, acknowledging this situation.

I have also Raised a return request for my items enlisting the reason being ‘received wrong item’. The return request is pending approval.
I have proof of all the above communication as well as the DISGUSTING items received from the in the package..

I realise that it probably was my fault that I trusted and pre paid the entire amount to them… never again. However it still means that THEY’RE the ones who’ve DEFRAUDED ME.

I am really hoping they take notice of all the communication I made with them and something comes out of it

But I highly doubt it, which is why want to register a complaint with Voxya hoping that they can help me and no one else in the future ever goes through this with this FRAUDULENT company
