On November *, ****, I had visited the Vega City mall Spinny car hub to do a test drive of a **** model of Tata Nexon car. During the test drive, I bumped the rear of the car into the parking lot pillar. The relationship manager - Mr. Ashish Clement told me that upon discussing with the central team, the approximate damage would be around Rs. ***** (upper cap). He provided me * options - either book the car, or pay for the damage. I tried to enquire from multiple garages and contacts who who own a similar vehicle using the damage pictures, and everybody said that Rs ***** is too high for the damage sustained. Still, I agreed to pay the cap amount of **k, with the understanding that Mr. Ashish will provide me the actual bill of the damages and refund me the remaining amount. When I was about to pay for the same, Mr. Ashish asked me to pay directly to his Google Pay account, as he did not have the company payment link. After *-* days, I reached out to Mr. Ashish asking about the status of the repair and the cost incurred for the same. He said he is on another important call, and transferred me Rs.***** via Google Pay. He also mentioned that the car has been booked by someone else as a FYI. Since then, he has not been responding to my calls asking for the final repair amount and refund. I called Spinny customer care multiple times post that to get any support on this, but have not got any response from their end either. Also, when I recently checked the listing of the car, it is still shown as available on the Spinny website (whereas the relation manager had told me otherwise)
