OLA CAB BANGALORE - Fraudulent charges for incomplete trip

I had taken an outstation ride from Bangalore to Chennai, but had to turn back being in stuck in Bangalore for more than * hours due to traffic and I started vomiting in the car. So we drove about ** kms within Bangalore and returned back to source of journey. However I was charged the full cost of travel and not only that also charged an excess km charge of **kms

I unable to understand how OLA operations is justifying the charge of excess distance of **.**km, when the total distance for a base package of *** kms itself was not covered and the cab operated only for ** kms

All my efforts to contact OLA in this regard have been in vain. OLA simply ignores the tickets raised in the app despite giving them notice that I will be lodging a complaint in the consumer court

I have recorded my conversation with OLA operations supervisor and copy of trip bill, along with email sent to OLA CEO as well
