Indian Fitness Services - Fraudulent Activities by Indian Fitness Services

This is to inform you that on **th July ****, I had received a call from Indian Fitness Services regards Medical insurance support. During our conversation, they advised & convinced me to use their plan.

Plan details explained by Indian Fitness Services:
*- Gold Plan for * Members of a Family (Including senior citizen)- Rs. *****.**
*- Benefits:
a. No age limit or pre-existing disease restrictions
b. No waiting period
c. No hidden deductibles or hidden charges
d. No limitation on the number of visits & services availed
e. No change in membership fees irrespective of age and/or medical condition
f. Cashless health check packages with the most comprehensive & vital recommended tests
g. Dental scaling & cleaning cashless packages
h. Maternity services benefit
i. Dentistry services benefit
j. network coverage all over cities India
k. Access to over **,*** medical experts & medical facilities
l. Tax saving benefit under section **(D)
*- Payment Option: No Cost EMI with any credit Card
*- Plan Withdrawal System: Any time if the plan isn't suited to the customer. The balance amount will refund to the customer in this case.
*- Provide Medical Insurance Card to everyone
Looking after all the above assurance & benefits I agreed with the proposal & issued the insurance by paying Rs. *****.** through my ICICI Bank credit card in ** Months No cost EMI basis. They assured me to send the card to thru courier & I'll receive it within ** working days.

However, to date, I didn't receive the card. Many times, I spoke with the customer support executives of Indian Fitness Services but not getting any positive response from them. In my last conversion about **~** Days back, they (Indian Fitness Service executive name: Ms. Anandi) assured me to send the kit via courier & receipt through the mail. In addition, I sent the mail to them for providing me courier details. But to date, I never received the kit, mail response & any phone call from Indian Fitness Services.

I feel they are doing fraudulent activities & are cheating all the public by giving various assurance & benefits.

I request Consumer court to take serious action against these types of fraud & save us.
