Pavi Agriculture Engineering And Technology - Fraudulent, Forgery, Malpractices, Misbehaviour , and Unethical deeds

In the said MOU Agreement that in consideration, execution and completion of the works for the proposed Integrated Organic Farm set-up, the maximum guaranteed the fixed price of Rs. *,**,**,***/-.
This above mentioned we both (Investor and Contractor) agreed for Agro-based Project-a kind of turnkey project worth the said amount *,**,**,***/-. Mr. D. Muralidharan, he claims to be an Ex-ISRO employee. He convinced us to put an initial investment of ** lakhs and make the farm eligible for Agro-industrial base loan. He agreed after seeing my farm. I did warn him that it is quite tough to get wages employees in that area. In spite my mom told me that it not possible for him, I tried convincing my mom and dad to agree with this Agro-based project. Thinking ISRO employees will stay honest in what they do. It was Muralidharan’s idea who named this project in the name of my mother “Leema Integrated Organic farm”. It was a great push for me to gift my mother this project. So I’ve sold my entire gold (mine and my mom’s including my Mangalyam chain) as an investment for this project.
We have given him the farm with a * lakhs worth House + Iron Fencing + Gate + * borewells + Agriculture Power supply, (with **+ trees) so inbuilt ** Lakhs apart from this I’ve given cash ** lakhs for this Agro-based project.
*. At the early discussion, first introductory of us Investors / Contractor He said that his service charges will be based on **% of the Profit cost but on the other hand he received the initial amount of * Lakhs. All of a sudden he started playing with words claiming **% of Project cost. It was so easy for him to convince me of all fake information and stories. I agreed again because I’ve given him * lakhs already. I was expecting him that he will justify me later at least. But till now he didn’t.
*. He used my dad (Senior Citizen - ** years old) to carry those project materials in a truck from Cuddalore to Trichy. He didn’t provide any bills for those materials to my father in hand, instead, he asked my dad to explain the project to the Toll guys, in case if he (my father) has been questioned by anyone with regards to the project. I should agree it was my mistake to get along with this ignorant attitude. As I thought in Agro Business all these are common. In between when I asked him about my father, he lied telling me that he is having tea and he is in the car with him. Though I just excused him thinking that he is going to do a worthy job on my farm.
*. Initially, He gave me a break time for my next invest slots my first May ** I gave him * lakhs, at that time he told me that I have time till August to give him the second slot, but immediately within a week he starting pressurizing me to pay ** lakhs.
*. When my mom who is ** years old, and is owner cum investor for this project asked him about the bill for the materials he supplied for the project, he used filthy and abusive languages to her, like ‘Bastard’, ‘who the hell are you?’, ‘why should I tell you about the status?’ etc. As he didn’t regret till now for this attitude. I was not aware of the exact situation happened in the place. He narrated a different story.
*. There is no bill for any of his materials. It is very normal from the end of my said client to claim such bills if they take material from him, I’m supposed to answer income tax for those products. It was confirmed once again when my mom asked him about the proof of ** lakhs (he used to keep saying) materials on the farm, he got violent against her. Even his workers Like Mangai (A woman who used to be with him D.Muralidharan) and Jeya Amma (Mangai’s Mother) started to yell at my mom standing on my farm, with my money, and with my given job. What kind of world we got stuck.
*. He didn’t introduce the banker, which he is supposed to do at the beginning, of any AGRO BASED PROJECT that should be the usual norms, since it was my first experience he took advantage of my lack of knowledge. The Contractual Service Provider’s Procedures, should start the process by introducing the Banker which he promised me at the first meet of our discussion, at the beginning of the project neither after giving him Rs. ** Lakhs in cash.
*. I’ve told him to complete the ceiling of the house he constructed, he told me that the house is worth ** lakhs as per the project plan. Muralidharan told me that Loan will only get sanctioned if we built a house of *** sq feet with one floor on top otherwise Agro-based Loan will be canceled, but I felt so embarrassed in keep giving money without any answers to my queries. So I started forcing him to introduce me to the banker at least, he started yelling at me in a threatening way, “if you ask me like this let me show you who I am”.
*. He forced as to pay to the BDO approval formalities in that he has mentioned that the house construction cost ** Lakhs/ Contradiction. We paid BDO ***** + ****(with Processing fees etc). For this, my father has to travel up and down for almost uncountable times. He should be answerable for all the Contract Breach what we faced till now.
*. He did not give me any receipt for the cash he received from my end. Once his daughter name Sreelatha called me to share my address so that she will courier me the receipt but till now I didn’t receive any receipt, apparently she told me why are you holding my father in your farm, he supposed to come for my house warming ceremony – [Creating a story that he has prioritized my contract - totally Eye Wash], all these are planning to plot me in grabbing money from my end.
**. Even Mangai who used to be with Muralidharan used to call me and threaten me if you are not giving the money we will keep the project on Hold. So I was trying my best to gather investment in order to keep my project on without interruption.
**. He started threatening me repeatedly to give him * Lakhs more. Otherwise, he will keep the project on hold giving me the excuse for insufficient investment. I told him it does not work for us, from your end you have violated the norms, the terms & Condition too much of the said MOU Agreement.
**. I did give him the last chance to regret and rectify his mistakes even after I’ve come to know about his fraudulent activities against his previous project in which I’ve come to know by my Research. But he was so bold enough to continue the same set of malpractices against me and my family. So I ended up telling him to take back his materials and to leave - by winding up the project, but he did not agree instead he kept one old lady on my farm to take care of his materials.
**. Above all your said representative has filed a case against my said client and her farm in the nearby police station against them stating that my said client and her farm are giving him money to continue the project.
**. He forced us to bribe each and every government officials like VAO, ADH, etc. in order to continue with the project. In case of any interruptions, he doesn’t have any answers for the questions raise by VAO – Mr. Tamilselvan(Budalur Village Administrative Officer)and ADH – Ms. Shanthipriya (Budalur Assistant Director Horticulture).
**. He said that investors have to contribute ** lakhs and the contractor has to put ** lakhs so that he can show the bank representatives stating we have invested **lakhs to receive or get approval for *.** Crores etc”, which was totally a fake conversation.
When I was trying to enquire about his project since I feel like he is trying to make a fool out of me, I even tried for Business Loan by keeping his profile as since he kept blowing the greatness of his project. I told him that let me pay the loan and it was his responsibility to prove himself that his project will lead to success. As since no banker was providing loan for this set of project.
I realized my fault after his misbehaving with my mom in bad words as no ISRO employees or any workers who work with dedication will ever use those words for a person who gives job, money and as well a place. He was not keeping his words and the process of the project procedures. He didn’t do any projects or there is no agro-based bank loan got sanctioned for any of his projects. Out of this still, I gave a final opportunity for him to regret his bluffing’s because I’m not sure he would have created a fake profile that he has worked in ISRO, etc and unethical behaviors but he was so stubborn to continue cheating.
And now I’m unable to chase his servant who is sitting in my Father farm cutting our trees and trying to rule over my farm. I'm deeply worried right now for my asset where do I got stuck up with these kinds of culprits.
I should agree it was my mistake that I gave him too much space and time which he misused my lack of knowledge and in the capabilities of my parents and my present status.
My current status: I have sold my entire gold to investing in this project trusting him blindly that D.Muralidharan won’t cheat me. I have an ** months old baby and six years old girl, as it was my sole responsibility to carry them where ever I go no matter I took them to the gold-selling shop till the police station because of this person. He is answerable for the (unmeasurable pain) Contract breach and sufferings which I’ve faced and I’m facing till now.
Complaint against: The Contractor name: D.Muralidharan, Pavi Agriculture Engineering and Technology, Cuddalore. TamilNadu.
This was an Initial legal notice sent by me to D.Muralidharan - an online legal advisor from Kolkotta. Attached the same.
Conclusion :- It was a complete plan from the beginning, they have understood that my father and mother are senior citizens and I’m with the baby so he felt it’s quite easy to cheat me and my family - by entire D. Muralidharan and his family to grab money and if I would have not been cautious they were planning to take and running away with my loan amount. God knows if they even planned to grab my ** acres of the farm as well.
