*) I had booked a Land holiday package on **.**.** with *rue Traveller for me & my wife for Singapore from *th Dec to **th Dec ****.
*) The total package cost was Rs.***** including Hotel rent, VISA fees, Sight Seeing & transfers costs, GST taxes
*) I had paid Rs.***** on **.**.** thru my credit card
*) The Invoice & Booking confirmation was sent by *rue Traveller on **.**.**.
*) When I enquired about whether hotel booking has been done, there was no response from their Mr.Rashid Ismail for * days inspite of my repeated calls.
*) I then called him on **st Sept'** from a different number and he picked up. I asked him reasons for not picking up my calls to which he gave one or the other excuse. I then asked him about hotel booking. He told me to arrange confirmation reference of hotel but he did not reply.
*) I then spoke to him somehow asking him to refund my money. He told me to wait for some more time otherwise he will refund the amount.
*) In late evening he gave me a Reference number ********-* stating that this is hotel confirmation number.
*) I then sent a mail on **.**.** to Hotel Parc Sovereign, Singapore giving this number and confirming. But to my utter astonishment, I got reply on **.**.** from Mr.Edmund of Hotel Parc that there is no such booking in my name, And that this number was for some other booking and for a different date. **) I then tried calling Mr.Rashid but as usual he did not pick up. After number of calls & from different number, he picked up and I complained to him about the wrong information given by him. Again asked him to refund my money. He then asked me to wait for some moretime.
**) He kept on fooling me & said that hotel booking has been done in the name of my wife. I again mailed to the Hotel. But surprisingly enough, this time also I got revert from the hotel stating that the booking has not been done even in my wife's name either.
**) I am desperately trying to speak to Mr.Rashid but his phone is totally switched off. I came to know that he is absconding from his office in Okhla, New Delhi.
**) I could speak to *rue Traveller other partner Mr.Asif Ali who told me that Rashid is absconding and he will arrange my travel. But he also has stopped picking up the calls and even sometime he picks up and says to bear with the situation.
**) I have been requesting them to refund my money may be in * parts but there is no assurance or revert on the same.
**) Mr.Asif gave me Mr.Rashid's brother Mr.Khalid who assured me to arrange the travel on behalf of *rue Traveller but he also has not done anything till date.
**) I would request for REFUND of my money from these fraudsters. As I am totally frustrated and depressed on such type of fraud actions. There is no sense of ethics with this travel agent and I feel like being cheated with no fault on mine.
