Shoozvilla instagram - Fraudery

Hello sir,
My name is Jatinder Sharma. I want to tell you that , a week ago i saw shoes on page named as Shoozvilla on Instagram. I like their products and therefore I ordered a pair of shoe . The admin of that page told me to give some details like home adress, phone number, name etc.
I gave all details to him and ordered that pair ,it is worth Rs. ***. After * days , i.recieved my parcel and gave payment to delivery boy . When i open the parcel after sanitizating , I found different pair of shoes which I haven't ordered and i called back the delivery boy and informed him about delivery of wrong shoes to me . He told me I should complain the seller for this and then I texted back admin of page whom I have ordered the shoes about the same He told me that it was delivered by mistake and made apologies. Afterwards he told me that he will exchang that product and make a pickup as soon as possible. Next day , the delivery boy of SHADOWFAX came and pick up that wrong pair of shoe and I hand over shoes to him and I texted admin and informed him about pickup. When I didn't got reply I checked my Instagram and found admin has blocked me. Sir, Please register a case against him of fraud. Help me to get my money back. We ALL know our whole nation is facing against COVID ** and people like him are still doing such small act. A strong action against him is required. He might have harmed so many people. Sir please register case from mine side. I am having call details and contact number of delivery boys of both one who has came for delivery and another one who has come for pickup. I am having screenshot and all other details. Please register a case of fraudery against him
