Mayntra - FRAUD

On **th October ****, I ordered a jacket for my mother as a gift. However, after a few days when enquired the status on Myntra app. I surprisingly found that it was delivered ( *st of Nov.) . But the product hasn't been received at the location. No call was done neither OTP received on my phone regarding this parcel.

On further Enquiry i found by mistake i mentioned Wrong mobile no (instead of ********** i mentioned **********)

Due to this the delivery was unsuccessful . However, the delivery agent called on the wrong number and got the OTP . However, that person on call told the delivery guy multiple times to cancel as the product doesnot belong to him .
The delivery agent assure him that he will cancel and return it back.
But the delivery agent instead mentioned "Delivered" and keep it with himself. this doesnot show the work ethics and i found cheated by that Ekart delivery agent.
