I raised a ticket for shifting my Airtel broadband connection a month back ...they promised me that the shifting will be completed within ** hours...but it took * days... for which i said to the customer care over the call that i am not paying any shifting charges as they did not complete the shifting withing ** hours and i was not able to use the Broadband services for * days...the girl over the call did not said anything when i told her that i ma not paying any shifting charges.... after month they started calling me and sending a messages that a shifting charges payment is due from my end.. they put Rs.***.** payment due in my Airtel account...... Now they have suspended my broadband services on **th June. I paid Rs.****.** on the Month of April for * Months (April,May & June).
I was not able to use the services for * days as they did not shifted the connection on time and now they have suspended my connection....what is the use of paying Rs.****.** if i cant able to use it properly????
I Want an apology letter from Airtel for Bad Services, I want Rs.***.** not to be reflected in my account and i also want a compensation from Airtel for those days where i was not able to use the services because of their Negligence.
