Moonlight Residency - Fraud

I was staying on rent on this building RBL- TOWER in Gurgaon (moonlight residency) when i moved in i was told to deposite security amount of **** and i was told that this amount will be refund back to me when i left the building. i left the building on ** jan but still the landlord has not refunded my amount. i have called thousands times but he make excuses always. he started talking very rudely to me . he even told me that he will block my number if i keep calling him. need your assistance to teach him a lesson and help me to get my money back.
