I had played dhani quiz games in which they offer the dhani cash which have to turn into real cash. Initially I had won games and my prize money was transferred to my wallet which can be further transferred to my account. But later they did not transfer my winning amount to my wallet. But they have deducted that amount from my dhani cash amount by promising that it will turn into real cash and credited to my wallet. But nothing happened. Please resolve this issue.
