Aravind Kumar filed complaint against Sbi Bank on Jun 8, 2019
On **th May morning around *.** hrs, I received some messages on my mobile one after one. I immediately checked the message box as I came to notice that *****/- Rs transaction is done in my card in Amazon. I called the SBI credit card customer care and informed them to block the card. They blocked the card and they told that they will resolve the problem in * working days. They will revert back to me as on *th June morning they send me a message stating that whatever the transactions were done was made by me only and they have closed the complaint as they hacked my account and done the transactions.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
