maine ** april ki raat ko ** baje ke asspass customer care ko call kiya or unhe btaya mera bag wallet or phone chori ho gaya hai jiske sath mera bharatpe ka card bhi chala gaya to mera card block kar diya jaaye. magar unhone kaha ap apne registered no se call kare jo main phone chori hone ke karan nhi kar sakta. phir agle din main delhi aaya or apna issue karwaya or bharatpe login karne ki koshish ki lekin service operetor ne kaha sir otp ya sms ki service ** hrs mein start hogi uske baad maine phir bharatpe ko call kia or unhe btaya uske baad unhone kaha ki sir sirf sim daaliye or login ho jaega otp ki jarurat nhi padegi magar esa kuch nhi hua. ye sab karte karte uske agle din * bje mere card se lagbhag ***** ki transaction ho gayi ye mujhe ** april ki shaam ko pta chala jab maine apna bharatpe login karke dekha. iske liye maine bharatpe mein complaint daal di magar abhi tak koi resolution nhi hua.
