Divakar Nakshathram filed complaint against ICICI Bank Limited on Mar 29, 2019
My saving account as on *th Sep`**. Fraud transaction of INR **,***.**/- had been done without my notice through online Jabong. After that, I made a complaint no: SR*********. I blocked my debit card and applied for new debit card meantime I changed my all the login passwords. Later I received back through shadow credit to my saving account as on **th Sep `**. As on **th Sep`**, I found again the same amount of INR **,***.**/- deducted from my saving account.
I asked with the ICICI bank the following queries:
(*) Above said transaction has been done on with my debit card without OTP or without knowing numbers example A=**; B=** like that.
(*) How it was possible to make without my debit card or without my registered mobile with them.
(*) This was my almost all ** years account with ICICI. How can I believe on (ICICI bank) for safe account funds remains for in future?
(*) I was never done the transaction with that Jabong or any other online shopping transactions are done.
(a) Just before as on **th Aug`**, I made ATM cash with withdrawal of Rs ****/- done.
(b) As on *th Sep`**, I made online transaction done of Rs *****/- this is my regular one online transaction.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
