Happyeasygo India Private Limited - Fraud ticket booking

I have booked ticket a week back from HappyEasyGo and made payment shown in their app now when I had to board my flight in * hours I'm still seeing that "your tickets will be issued within * hour" and after talking to their customer care they asked to pay extra Rs.***** to confirm ticket, I have joining date next day of travel for my job. I had to reach their anyhow and they are doing this and also their customer service didn't have any professional way of talking and when I asked for solution they totally denied and angrily hang up the call saying go complain consumer court. I had to book another ticket to bangalore due to this with costed me significant high amount.
