Rentomojo deducted **** on **th Sep - Stating as Adjustment whereas they had to refund the same amount. I had raised ticked for the same. They deducted the money from the wallet and now say there is no money to refund.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
