Hi, I bought a new Tikona connection last month as I had to work from home and they promised me ** Mbps speed and I was foolish enough to pay them for * months in advance. So, the issue here is that they aren't even providing ** kbps as there's no bandwidth in my area so basically it's out of their range but they still gave me a connection to make money and here I am, unable to work because of them and continuously losing my salary. I filed numerous complaints since past months but it appears no action have been taken from them. The technicians are helpless as there's no bandwidth in my area so they don't know what to do about it! I would simply like my amount back so I can opt for a better ISP. Please help me and guide how can I do so! I have my payment receipt that they sent me on my email after I paid Rs- **** in cash and **** online.
