Saham Moheet filed complaint against Meesho on Aug 25, 2021
Hi sir / madam.
With due respect I want to say that I ordered an item from Meesho on *nd August ****. But I received wrong item which cost is ****. Leter i complaint many times to meesho Costomer Care Service regarding this item. Complaint no ********. But meesho Costomer Care refused to refund my paid amount and said that i didn't send this product, Then i questioned from them that who sent this? How to a third party got my address and contact details? Is this not a privacy violation?
Now I highly request you that please solve my problem and help me to get back my amount from Meesho.
