QNET Vihaan India Pvt Ltd - Fraud from my friend through Vihaan india Pvt Ltd

My friend asked me to join this business and I blindly applied for loan I got ****** rupees and I transferred to him. He opened an account and purchased a product of value ****** for me and told me to trust him and I did. He told I can pay him later the remaining amount and he told till he arranges remaining amount I could go for my regular job. I had been asking him for joining he used to postpone it had been an year. Later I told I need to cancel then came a shock to me. It should have been cancelled within **days. He came and got an signature of mine on an e stamp paper saying that this papers is for returning the amount. Again without reading I put the signatures trusting him. Again another * months he was quite. Whenever I asked he told I ll give. Later one day he told the product is purchased if u wanna join u can but amount cannot be refunded. I told I don't wanna join because I have to cheat another * people like me which I cannot do. I had raised a complaint on qnet but they kept on telling it cannot be refunded as per company policy. I told I ll give police complaint but nothing worked because my friend only suggested to give complaint and he played me well. Now I have lost that money. I don't know how to recover it :(
Please can anybody help me out of this situation. I had not given him full money to purchase the product but how can he purchase and cheat on me. Now when I am asking him the money he is talking as if I have done something wrong. He pulled me into this situation. I am seriously feeling like thrashing him to death. I have lost my temper so many times but still having hopes to get my money back. Or else if I lose my temper this time. I think I have to go the wrong way. I always think of my family and I am keeping myself calm. But I don't wanna do something which is going to harm me and my family. Please help me out of this situation. I am dying from inside daily. Feeling mentally harrassed.
