I have converted my idea mobile no to prepaid on **st March ****. I have paid for all the charges. They have charged Rs. ** also for a new sim. But after one month they have raised a bill of ***/-. They have not informed me in any manner.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
