I had transfer my Vodafone card from postpaid to pre-paid at that time the person in the store told me to pay fees Rs.*** starting price for transferring to prepaid card
The *** is the first plan which should be required for activating the prepaid plan that told me by the member of the store.
After I activate my card I had just check my the plan in my card but it showing to Rs.*** plan not Rs.*** plan.
So I contact to the customer care and I told them that I had paid first recharge for the prepaid *** but they told that there is no any plan of Rs.***..
Basically I had changed to * simcard from postpaid to pre-paid.
In both the card they charge me Rs.*** But actually I got the plan of ***.
I have the receipt of my payment
