On **/**/** I visited yashwant plaza and enquired at Inspire Mobile for samsung authorized service center. They claimed to be samsung authorized service center for post warranty support. I have samsung J-* max mobile and went their fo display change. They said they will put company's original display and it will cost ****. They also provided me with the bill. Before this display change my mobile was in excellent working conditionbut after display change I continuously faced problem in my mobile. It's light is dim, touch not working properly, * sensor stopped working. I was unable to understand why inspire of original display there is so much of problem. I went to other samsung authorized service center and they just on seeing the mobile said it is local display. After that I got my mobile checked at * other samsung authorized service center and man other local service centre and everyone confirmed it is local display which must be costing around *** rs. When I spoke at inspre mobile regarding this, he behaved ver badly and said I have put original display. You can file a complaint against me. He has given me wrong bill also. My model is j* max UT he has mentioned wrong part number and serial number in the bill which proves his fraud and wrong intentions. I kindly request you to please help and guide me to resolve this issue.
